We typically expect to ship about 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed. If your order is placed before 2 pm Sydney Time your order will be shipped that day or next day if ordered after 2 pm.
You will receive an E-mail when your parcel has been shipped including all the information regarding your order (order number, tracking number etc.). At checkout, you can sign up for Facebook Messenger updates so you know where your parcel is every step of the way!
If you do not purchse insurance on your order it is not covered for a repalcement or refund if it gets lost, destroyed or stolen in shipment.
Notaa is not responsible for the damages of the parcel once it has left our hands. We will pack your order to with the upmost protection but in the slim chance the parcel is damaged in transit we will do our best to resolve the issue with the courier but the full amount might not be refunded or a replacement might not be sent.
Please note that we are not Plumbers, Electricians or Builders meaning that we don't add or fix anything to do with pipes, electricity or add holes etc.
When we install our team will ask you where you want your products to go. Then we will assemble and place your products in the desired positions. When the assembly is complete we will guide you on installing the manufactures apps and setup your products into their rooms and create scenes to go with your everyday life. When the setup is complete we will teach you on how to get the most out of your HomeKit products.
We work with our partners to install our thermostats, light switches or any other product that needs electrical, plumbing or remodelling work. If one of our partners doesn't cover your area or you want to use your own handyman please let us know and provide their details and we will work together to install your products.
Notaa will not sell, distribute or lease any of your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. Unless it is required by law by the Australian Government.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
